PROCESSING AND DELIVERY TIMES
All orders are despatched in a maximum of 3 working days from the receipt of cleared funds. We will endeavour to work faster than this and on many occasions items will be sent within 24 hours. Payments received on a Friday, Saturday or Sunday will be regarded as having been received on Monday.
Given the nature of the products we sell it is highly probable that the parcel you receive will require a signature and will be too delicate to put in a letterbox. If no one is at home to receive the delivery a card will be left outlining your options which usually include pick up from your nearest Collection Centre or to select an alternative day for delivery when you are at home. Clients are advised that if you do not collect your parcel within one week there is the risk that the package may be returned to us. In this case a refund would be offered or we can re-send the item. In both case all postage and handling costs would be at the client’s expense.

OWNERSHIP OF GOODS
Goods remain the property of La Boheme until the order has been received and funds have cleared. Once this has happened, the goods become the property of the buyer and we can assume no further responsibility for them.
|At La Boheme we take pride in giving you the fullest possible information about our products including any damage from water, fleabites, scratches or other incidental blemishes. We also spend many hours researching each piece so that the you receive the most complete attribution we can possibly make, but occasionally mistakes do occur and clients are requested to contact us if they have any queries about a particular product.|
In the unlikely event of you being unhappy with our merchandise, we will offer a full refund (excluding postage) upon the return of the goods in their original state. We cannot accept returns on the grounds of any imperfections or damage which we have clearly described in our descriptions accompanying the item on our website. Customers are required to pay the full cost of postage and packing when returning products. We strongly recommend you return your items via a tracked and signed for postal service such as Special Delivery.
METHODS OF PAYMENT
Our shopping basket accepts PayPal only at present and this is our preferred method for payments. Please note we can only post your order to the address you have registered with PayPal. If you require your order to be posted to a different address than that recorded with PayPal, please ensure you amend your address details on your PayPal account (and making sure the setting is for your “Primary Address”) before proceeding to make payment for your order.
It is also possible to accept payment by Internet Bank Transfer if this suits you. Please contact us directly if you want to use this option so that we can give you full details of how to proceed. You may also choose to collect directly from us. In this case we regret we can only accept cash on the day of collection. Contact us for more details if you want to explore this option. Regardless of payment method, all monies must be submitted in GBP Sterling. Under no circumstances can we accept any other currencies.
The price quoted includes all postage and packing costs. Unlike many other sites, what you see is what you pay! To protect the environment we aim to use re-cycled products wherever possible.
La Boheme values each and every client and has no interest whatsoever in sharing your details with Third Parties of any kind. Your personal details are required for processing your payment, but these are also never shared with others. We do use imbedded systems to monitor the usage of the site in order to improve our service to you, but this data is not shared with any outside agencies.
